Preventive & Family Dentistry
Thoughtful preventive care for healthy smiles at every stage of life.
Explore Our CareA healthy smile starts with regular care.
Preventive dentistry helps us understand your oral health, identify changes early and provide care based on your individual needs.
Our goal is simple: help you and your family maintain healthy teeth and gums while keeping treatment recommendations clear, comfortable and appropriate.
Care that grows with your family.
Dental needs change over time. We provide preventive care for children, teens, adults and seniors, with recommendations based on each patient's age, oral health and individual needs.
Preventive care, kept simple.
These are some of the preventive services available at Dignity Dental Practice.
Dental Exams & Professional Cleanings
Regular examinations allow us to monitor your teeth, gums and overall oral health. Professional cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that cannot always be removed at home.
Digital X-rays
Digital imaging helps our team evaluate areas that cannot always be seen during a visual examination and supports accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
DIAGNOdent™
DIAGNOdent is an additional diagnostic tool that may help detect certain areas of tooth decay that can be difficult to identify visually.
Fluoride Treatment
Fluoride may be recommended to help strengthen tooth enamel and provide additional protection against cavities when appropriate for the patient.
Dental Sealants
Sealants can provide an additional protective layer over deep grooves in certain teeth where food and bacteria may otherwise collect.
Silver Diamine Fluoride
Silver diamine fluoride may be considered in selected cases as a minimally invasive way to help slow the progression of certain areas of tooth decay.
Space Maintenance
For growing children, a space maintainer may occasionally be recommended when preserving room for developing permanent teeth is important.
You don't need to decide what treatment you need.
Every smile is different. A treatment that is helpful for one patient may not be necessary or appropriate for another.
Our role is to examine your oral health, listen to your concerns and explain the preventive or restorative options that make sense for you.
One dental home for the family.
Start with a conversation and an examination.
We'll evaluate your oral health, answer your questions and recommend care based on what we find.
